Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. UK second-class delivery is free.

Made to order

Made-to-order and made-to-measure items are made for you after you order. Kate will confirm timings. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns

Unused stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us first. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Repairs

Repairs are quoted before work starts. Items left for repair and not collected within three months of completion may be disposed of after we have tried to contact you.
