Free UK second-class delivery on everything in the shop. If you need something by a certain date, please get in touch before you order and Kate will arrange faster postage at cost.

Many pieces are made for you after you order, so they take a little longer. Kate will confirm the timing by email. If you are in a hurry, ask first.

Very welcome. Overseas orders can't go through the online checkout yet, so send Kate your full address and she'll quote the postage.

Unused items from stock can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Made-to-measure and personalised pieces (engraved nameplates, browbands and belts made to your size) can't be returned unless faulty. Please contact Kate before sending anything back.

Bridlework comes in Pony, Cob, Full and Extra Full. Belts are made to your waist size. Rugs are measured from the centre of the chest to the point of the buttock. If in doubt, measure what you have and send Kate the numbers.

Choose any amount. Vouchers can be spent online, at the shop or on repairs and commissions. Buy a voucher.
